We currently deliver within South Africa only. The fee for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
- Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
- Items marked In stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Courier transit is usually 1–2 business days in Gauteng and 2–5 business days elsewhere, depending on the area.
- Some items are sourced from our supplier partners on order. If an item will take longer than expected, we will contact you with an updated lead time and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
- Software licences and digital products are delivered by email.
Collection
We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and a valid ID. If someone else is collecting for you, let us know their name in advance. We operate 7 days a week — call 012 943 6048 to confirm collection times.
Receiving your delivery
- Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
- Check the packaging before signing. If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with, note this on the waybill and contact us within 48 hours.
- If a delivery fails because nobody was available or the address was incorrect, a re-delivery fee may apply.
